Just moving this back to the top of the list, as it's this coming Saturday :D

There is a reasonable chance it won't be raining - unless that just jinxed it ;D

I just got an email from Caliver Books saying that they won't be attending :( However, they are offering post-free by way of compensation

Sadly we  cannot make the Edinburgh  show this weekend. So  we are extending our  usual post free deals  to a single  in stock BOXES  (or Bags -not blisters ) of Plastic or Metal  figures/Tanks/Models.  (Buy more if you want!)  - UK  & Europe only I’m afraid and  you must pay by Card so we can  adjust the  charge.  Offer ends  Midnight GMT  SUNDAY  4th AUGUST

Note  that most  plastic  manufacturers  have recently, increased their prices up with more to follow,  but we are holding off  until  next week so get in quick!

There were things I was looking for, but there's no great rush

Unfortunately I couldn't make it again. But I did hear it seemed quieter this year.

Yeah, it was definitely down on previous years :( It was busy enough with people, but pretty light on traders.

The games looked okay, but I go there to buy things, so it was disappointing, for me anyway. I wandered around the halls, considered a second pass, but realised it wasn't worth it, so left after about an hour and a quarter.

Not as bad as some shows I've been to, but certainly not one for the history books :(

That was my thought too: a bit disappointing in comparison to bygone years. Light on traders and even some bare tables.
