Welcome to the first round of Build Something Competition 2024's voting. This year we continue our innovations with a jungle primary. The top FOUR entries will advance to the semi finals, but you only get THREE votes! How will you decide who you like and who will be left behind? Voting closes in two weeks, so you have time to ponder.
Below we have 7 entries for you to enjoy and spectacular & varied they are. Each brings something quite different to the table but each will be an awesome showpiece on their tables.

Fantastic entries everyone. 8) 8)
Quite a difficult decision to pick 3 that I like the most.
Gutted that I had to drop out.
-
Amazing work from everyone. :-*
I have no idea how I will choose only three... o_o
-
Great job fellas! It was very hard to narrow votes down to three!
-
Tough competition this year! Good luck all.
-
I love them all. Is this like Taskmaster where the winners takes all of them home? lol

Dang; all of the entries are top notch! :o
Good luck to every one else who entered; I have a feeling this is going to be a very close battle...
Oh, and no way I will be trusting any postal service with 2 months worth of my spare time ;D

Great job guys, truly believe each one would be a worthy winner, so it’s a shame we can only vote for 3, and the next round will be even more impossible to choose just one.
-
Lovely work all round so well done everyone. I wouldn't kick any of them off my gaming board!
-
Thanks to you all for administering and participating to entertain the rest of us in such most splendid ways!
Well done - it was a hard task to decide for only three entries…
-

Deadline for new pictures?

Deadline for new pictures?
As per usual, we'll run the semi final the same pictures, but the final two will shoot new pictures. I'm thinking I'll keep the semi-final open for a week, so we'll say Sunday, June 2nd at 11:59pm to give you the weekend.
-
I would much prefer to have a new picture. I didn't think to do a composite before.
-
Let's see what others think - we can hold off a few days tonight start the semi finals
-
Brilliant pieces of work - all of them, as usual
-
I'd love to enter a new one as well; I did tease the inside of the room, but feeling a bit cocky, I had planned on showing it off in round two. With the finals being the opportunity to pull out all the stops.
I'm pretty sure we did it like that before...

Sounds good. Let's set a deadline of Tuesday at 11:59 PDT to get new pictures in - that gives people tomorrow and two evenings to do it.
I'm going to close voting in about 10 minutes, but amused that since I announced that yesterday, we've had 5 votes. Everybody racing for the end.

And I have closed the poll. Amazing entries all and congrats to our top four moving ahead. I've put the rules and breakdowns in the rules thread. And as always, congrats to those who didn't make it - Ragnar and Tarnegol. Your entries were awesome and your tables are better for them, which is what matters. All three of us are now free to post as many pictures of the painting as we'd like.

Amazing work by everyone.
