Title: Napoleonic minis 28mm
Post by: julius1880 on 22 May 2024, 09:54:35 PM
Hello,
Could I be directed to the thread which discusses the companies that produce 28mm Napoleonic. This excludes Perry, Warlord Games, Front Rank, and old glory.

Thanks,

Dave Shields Jr

Hi Dave,

Are you the Dave Shields from Pittsburgh? If so, I hope you are well. I'm not aware of the comparison thread you are looking for, but I have painted up a lot of Napoleonics from various makers. What nation(s) and period are you interested in? Don't overlook Sash and Saber. They have a nice variety of poses and go well with Old Glory and Perry.

I almost forgot, if you have access to a 3D printer check out Piano Wargames from Germany. https://pianowargames.de/ (https://pianowargames.de/). I haven't had a chance to see them in person, but all of the reviews have been great. He is having an anniversary sale right now.

while I dont have alot of experience with the Napoleonic range I think sash and saber are the best 25/28mm figures out there. The molds are clean with minimal lines and they have a good variety of poses.
