Title: 28mm Celts kitbash in Saracen !?

HI,
I would like to take advantage of the Summer Sales Warlord and pick up several sprues of Celt 28mm

Having several dozen Arab heads and arms from the Crusades (mainly Fireforge and Grippig Beast), do you think I could convert the Celts adequately?

Are they also compatible in size?

I think the parts would be similar in scale.  You'll need shield from the Arab kits as well as the heads.  Given the difference in tunics between the celts and arabs, and the minimal savings, you may be better off just getting the Perry figs.

Yes, in terms of idea they are  those.

In terms of costs, however, the difference is not so small: I already have several dozen heads/arms/shields  (I have at least 8 boxes of leftovers between Fireforge and Gripping Beast):

Perry cost per miniature (including 17% shipping - I live in Italy) = €1.52
Warlord cost per miniature = €0.44 (free shipping for an order of €90 or more)

I wanted to take around 200 celts (about twenty sprues), the savings would be significant ....

I see, the command sprue is much cheaper.  But it has no heads.  But you don't care about that  lol

Have you tried to order from Atlantica Juegos in Spain?
Maybe the costs are slightly diferent.
