I’ve got a nice collection of Mark Copplestone’s interwar toy soldiers. This includes a great mini of TinTin. The figures are 30mm from sole to eye. At this point it seems unlikely that Mark would make the rest of the figures. The problem is twofold, one is the scale, and second is the toy soldier style. My plan is to be able to do some pulp games in TinTin’s world, along with battles with the armies.
Any suggestions?

Given how unique the style is these days, your best bet might be some type of conversion using existing minis from the line.

I was thinking that.

No shortage of little doggies and of figures in caps who just need a beard.

Here is what I came up with. Not entirely correct I know, but they will suit me.

Well done, they turned out nicely

Very suitable, but I do think you need to do up the Thompsons' hats - too like Herr Flick right now.

1st Corps produce some "not Tintin" allies. Here is my review of them; you might find it useful: https://colgar6.blogspot.com/2017/01/tintin-two.html (https://colgar6.blogspot.com/2017/01/tintin-two.html)

Yes they do, but these minis are 30mm sole to eye.

Nice work there Nick.

Turned out great. They match the style very well!
