Title: Dead Man's Hand - 3 Players?

Has anyone done this game with three players?  How did you do this?  Are there any lessons learned you can share?

done it often with 3 or 4 players. Works well, just make sure each faction has an incentive to attack another one, and be attacked by a different one. So if you have 2 outlaw and 2 law factions, make 1 outlaw want to kill the sherriff, one law want to kill the outlaw boss, and so on
