I've mainly been using bandbminiatures for my needs but have stumbled into an issue with npc type characters
I've been looking at some of the 15-18mm ranges
Old glory, museum miniatures, AB etc and I'm wondering if any would fit in OK?
Any of these edging more towards 18mm? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Tumbling Dice have some 20mm that might be worth a look.

The tumbling dice are nice sculps but they are more 25mm, I don't want my civilians and Ashigaru towering over my Samurai :)

Isn’t 20mm close to 1/72? Maybe try the Caesar Samurai? The set has a few NPC types.

20mm is more like 1/76
1/72 is more like old school 25mm, tumbling dice are a good fit with Caesar

You could check out Miniatures by Mann - I believe these are the same sculptor who does a lot of the Blue Moon 15mm (really 18mm) ranges. Here is a UK stockist:

They should stand at the 18mm end of things, I think. Looks like the villagers are out of stock but perhaps more can be ordered in.
Here is the main website:

EDIT: Looks like the main site has prices in £ anyway, but I honestly thought it was an American business!

Those look great
Pretty sure miniatures by mann are in the US, going by the price difference
