Now it's available in the UK, finally watched the first two episodes of this series. It's interesting to watch as Daryl has washed up in France now. The lack of readily available firearms means the survivors have had to resort to raiding museums and arming themselves with historical weapons. Daryl gets into fight with a flail! The nuns that rescued him arm, themselves with a variety of weapons such as halberds. There's even a local gang armed with muskets!
One survivor has locked himself away in a French castle with a drawbridge and a moat full of zombies too.
Certainly given me some inspiration for gaming and I might look to get some modern figures and arm them with swords, polearms, shields etc.

Just started watching it.
Impressed with the scene dressing for Marsaille.
Having only just finished TWD: World Beyond, the new flavours of Zombies were not unexpected.
It will be interesting to see how the different environment is portrayed.

I am just now getting around to watching the original Walking Dead, first series. I'm liking it so far. They're doing a good job with the characters, and plenty of good fodder for scenario ideas. :D

I got up to about half way through series 6 when The Mouse snaffled it.
I did watch Fear and Tales (the latter was interesting - I did love the one with Parker Posey).
I did watch World Beyond after Those That Live, which is not the best order - and you really need to see at least the last episode of World Beyond before Daryl Dixon.

We're doing a rewatch and nearly finished series 6. It's been interesting to see characters grow - Carol really was a background character in the early days. One thing I will say that you miss with a rewatch is the sense of jeopardy. We got to the episode where Glenn was hiding under the dumpster, knowing that he survived but at the original broadcast you didn't know whether he made it or not.
Also, interesting to see the zombies lose traits and then regain them in the later series (or as the plot demands!).
Need to go back and finish Fear and World Beyond at some point

So, any suggestions on how to handle burners in TWD:AOW?

Not played TWD:AOW, so sorry can't help. Is there some sort of poison trait?
