Title: skirmish ruleset, The Feathered Serpent

Now i know this is a longshot, seeing all I can find is from 2007, it was being developed by Neil of Troop-of-Shewe and Karl Lowthian  a grand skirmish rule set for the Aztec/Conquistador era mainly.

I could be wrong but wasnt this in a WI magazine, maybe 20 years ago?

No, those were Chris Peers rules. These appear to have come later. last post by Neil, appears to be 2019.

My guess is they were finished or released. It happens.
