The obligatory Temu purchase… fruit trees!
The original flock was puke, but solid, so I just reflocked making sure the oranges were still visible. Bit of slap on the trunk and bargain for the pence I needed to add to a much more practical Temu order.

They look really good. Never bought from Temu before, somewhat wary of the quality to price ratio, but I guess if you're going to pretify things anyway it doesn't really matter.
Must admit, I was expected painted versions of the DR & Quinch figures from Minifigs (and some inspiration to get mine done!) lol

I know, I was thinking what to call the post on the blog and as I was avoiding the existing oranges when reflocking, Mind the Oranges Marlon came to mind...
now please link to the DR and Quinch minis... lol

Is that figure Lady Marmalade or just a Seville servant? Oranges are not the only fruit.......

Hey, you get to just throw a hand grenade into my nostalgia with a phrase like that! I still remember the story - it was the only line of a script anyone could read, and they tried to build an entire film around it!
Nice orange trees as well. Temu is a godsend for cheap modelling stuff these days.

Yup the whole reason I looked as well!

Also quoted in Stump's 'Buffalo', towards the end. Happy days indeed.
