Almost looks like an alternative depiction of the Great Race of Yith!

As someone who tried to sculpt Cthulhu Mythos stuff in Fimo.. I have to say your son is at master level  :o o_o

Amazing sculpting talent there.  The video was also really engaging and well worth watching in entirety.
