As a respite from painting minis I grabbed this kit off the pile of plastic in The Vault, it hardly took an hour to build (waiting for the paint to dry was the worst part). Like most old Monogram and Revell kits the fit was excellent, surprisingly the decals were still in great shape. a full photo set of the kit can be found here https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2024/10/monogram-172-boeing-f4b-4-return-to.html#more (https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2024/10/monogram-172-boeing-f4b-4-return-to.html#more)
