Can't get responses from Renedra directly so I go another route for answers.
Renedra have US Distributors?

www.nobleknight.com has some Renedra bases though not all of their sizes are in stock.

Its kind of a mess. No one company has the whole line in stock. In addition to Noble Knight, I've also ordered from https://www.michtoy.com/ Michigan Toy Soldier. Badger has them too https://badgergames.com/product/renedra-limited/

I avoid Noble Knight like the plague, but I've had the best luck with ordering from Northstar in the UK. They ship fast and reasonably priced...and often at less than I can find them in the U.S.
I have turned to a lot of Warlord bases for my 40mm/50mm needs as they're better priced, but still use Renedra for stuff like 30mm circles, etc.
PS: If you're looking for 20mm squares, let me know. I've got a bunch of those spare from all the various kits.

My FLGS, the Hobby Bunker usually has a bunch of Renedra in stock, but a lot of their stuff isn't inventoried on the webpage. Worth giving them a call to ask:

The Michigan Toy Soldier Co. carries some of their bases. i was just at their store yesterday, and picked some up.

I am a round bases as skirmish is my jam. LOL Anyway I am curious for a tasting of what they offer in rounds from 20mm to 60mm. Wouldn't mind 80mm but SOL there. Anyway Renedrahas them all in stock in size and types. So from them I can get a good amount of 20/25mm as I have a nice amount of 15mm to finish up. Then just get asmattering, or one unit order of 30 to 60mm sizes to have on hand.

I’ve ordered many times directly from Renedra, or from Perry sometimes (yes, for bases!), and the service has always been perfect.

I realize now you’re looking for round bases - Renedra, not Perry; my bad!
