We're playing DnD, and we have a gnome in the party. The miniature the player got is the same size as the halfling.
Can anyone recommend a DnD Gnome wizard type miniature that will be in proper scale to 28mm miniatures? That is to say, it would probably need to be very tiny.
I have a 15mm wizard that might work, but I am looking for something more gnomey.
Thanks for any help.

Midlam Miniatures might have something, they do a lot of small folk adventurers.

How small do you want? Perhaps look at some of the old Ral Partha figures, these were true 25mm figures and the gnome I had was small compared to the humans, though their halflings where even smaller.

This one might fit the bill. 10mm at the eye but sat down.

That's a great call. The Tom Meier Ral Partha dwarfs are very widely available on eBay (and are still in production in the US at Iron Wind/Ral Partha Legacy).
Ral Partha Europe have a couple of original Ral Partha gnomes available too (http://www.ralparthaeurope.co.uk/shop/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=gnome&x=0&y=0).
Also, the various 1/72 dwarfs (Caesar and Light/Dark Alliance) are about the same size as old Ral Partha dwarfs (maybe slightly smaller).
A D&D gnome is 3' tall, right? Compared with 4' from a dwarf - I'm going on measurements from the original Monster Manual. There are a lot of 15/18mm dwarfs around that will fit the bill for that sort of height in 28mm (Magister Militum, Alternative Armies, Irregular, Essex ...).

Here is a Wizards Gnome, factory pre-painted (https://photos.app.goo.gl/TE8FmA6zWGVWR7RF7), with a brush-on or urethane-stain, obviously a spell caster, approximately 19mm tall, top of head to soles of feet. Here is a comparison shot of three Gnomes(?) (https://photos.app.goo.gl/jCScDuwoTJujxA9LA): Essex (not a Mage), the Wizards' pre-painted figure, and what might actually be a Hobbit(?) Mage, or the latest look for a young Gnome -- not sure, but it is also a Wizards pre-painted figure. Note that the last figure, Halfling/Gnome, is casting what appears to be Bigby's Grasping Hand spell, so not a low-level Mage. Cheers!

I got my Midlam Miniatures gnomes in. They are very beautiful figures, but they are as large as the average dwarf model. Just for anyone's info.

Pretty sire that sold as a halfling, but either way the spell effect could just be a plain old mage hand, which most apprentices can manage at-will in modern D&D.
