Was doing 28mm Seminole Wars. Had two 10 man regular units, two militia, 60 seminoles, and lots of terrain. Was still not enough for me, but space....
Well, these local kids I met through our annual Haunted House (massive thing we build and act in every year for the city's chir'ren) who are dead serious Blood and Plunder fanatics.
Gave them my Seminole stuff (they built upon it real good) and decided: "doing a huge 15mm Innsmouth in Sebastian thing, why not use most of the terrain and civilians and go big with 15s?"
Anyhow, Blue Moon, QRF and...lovely Eureka Mexican American War navy (revenue cutter guys), plus plains Indian villagers I had to slightly alter for Seminoles (mostly cut off feather headbands, mostly).
I'll get pics of progress so far soon.
Going from 28mm to 15mm once in a while for a new genre is GREAT FUN, AND GREAT SAVINGS!
HAPPY NEW YEAR, ME DROOGS....(YALL FOREIGNERS CELEBRATE NEW YEARS?) I WISH ALL OF YOU THE BEST OF 2025!

Bart,
Yikes, you gave up on 28mm Seminole Wars!? Oh well, enjoy those 15mm. I think FifteensAway has some Seminole War in 15mm he noted somewhere here on LAF so you most likely will have a confederate-in-arms regarding your effort.
If the guys gaming with your old 28mm Seminoles want to strike up a conversation, put them in touch with me here on LAF or at wargaming@aol.com.
Best,
Bill
