Title: Nomination and activation?

If the threshhold player commands two agents and activates his char (his whole crew!) and
the lurker has nobody with command is it correct, that the lurker gets to activate just one lurker model bevor
the whole threshold can be activated again via command?
Please clarify the activation for me!

Yup. Sounds right to me. Although the Cult Leader is pretty cheep...no one says you can't use two or more if the points allow for it... ;)
