Trouble in South Park, Part 1
Why is there trouble in South Park? Well when I was describing the scenario background off the top of my head I said that the action took place in a small town in Colorado. My brother said, "Oh hey, it's South Park." And so it began.
Please excuse all the unfinished platicville terrain, it's all very recently aquired and we haven't had time to spruce it up yet. Survivors painted by our friend Darren, beasties are untouched up pre-paints from Confrontation, D&D and Horror Clix. Rules used were our home brew mix of 40K 2nd ed, Mordheim and our own odds and ends.

All contact is lost with a small Colorado town.
Several attempts have been made by local law enforcement and family members to discover what has happened but anyone who has gone to investigate has also disappeared.

Local Law Enforcement and deputized citizens roll into town and begin their search of the area.

The streets are eerily quite as the team moves out.

Out of the corner of his eye, Officer Butters notices something moving very fast down the street.
Officer Butters sets overwatch preparing to blast anything that presents a danger to the group.

From down the alley behind the Post Office, a fast moving creature charges Officer Testaburger.
She quickly dispatches the alien looking creature with a shotgun blast.

The Renegade drops off his cable bill in the mailbox.....

... as a larger alien creature leaps at him from around the corner.

More of the small fast moving creatures charge the group from the other side of the street.
Officer Butters and Kenny blast away at them but their shots fail to hit anything. "Oh Hamburgers."

In a flash the creatures are on the law enforcement half of the team and things do not go well.

He had a bad feeling about it, Officer Token is the first one to go down.

The other officers and Kenny are quickly torn apart by the aliens.

Meanwhile the Renegade is kicking alien butt and taking names as his half of the team comes under increasing attack.

The alien refuses to respect Cartman's authoritah.

Cartman and Kyle are taken out by the aliens, leaving the Renegade as the last man standing against the aliens.

Since the orignal team was all killed off, the night was still young and there was still beer left, we continued playing where we left off with another group of characters.

Arriving on scene moments too late to save the Renegade as he was torn limb from limb by the aliens, a Special Ops team rappels from their chopper into action.

Bringing superior numbers to bear, the team takes out the large alien.

The Captain leads the way as the team searches for the cause of the townspeople's disappearance.

And they soon run into more trouble as another alien attacks them.

Where did the police figures come from? I could do with some of those along with the Captain. He reminds me of Kurt Russell for some reason and he'd also be a very useful figure to have.

The Police are Tactical Miniatures (Armorcast) and the Captain is a Foundry Street Violence from the Mercenary Fire Team pack.

I'm in the gaming group that played this scenario. The phone booths and mailboxes aren't the actual Plasticville brand, but they are O Scale railroad accessories.
The brand is "Life-Like Trains" and the accessory pack they come in is called "Scene Master City Accessories". The pack includes 2 phone booths, 2 mailboxes, 4 garbage cans, and 4 fire hydrants.
