Hi folks, I finally ended (for now) a big Congo project. I painted up sceneries, 2 expeditions and a few extra ones. Sorry the long list of pictures !

Great work! I particularly like how the huts turned out, a fine effect on those thatch roofs.

Thanks a lot guys !

I really had some fun on the shields.

On the huts, not so much... I used tripes of fake-fur provided by my wife. I didn't wanted to glue them to that they would stay more moving and natural... But I had to paint over them. This has been a terrible nightmare. I tried airbrush, I tried brush... It took my so many layers to add just a bit of colours !

Beautiful painting!

No criticism, but perhaps some Italian season/oregano sprinkled on the bases of your foliage, foe ground detritus, might enhance it?
