Helion's "Bismarck's Wars" ruleset is now out:

Any views / feedback? I can't find any reviews so far, which isn't too surprising as they're only just out.
I'm a bit cautious, as reviews of the same author's earlier "Muskets and Springfields" ruleset for ACW are decidedly mixed.
