Title: Finding Topics I Started

I’m sure there’s a simple way for members  to get a list of their own topics but maybe I’m wrong. Is there a method to do this?

In the left column, beneath your avatar, click on 'Show own posts' and in the next screen, select 'Topics' as opposed to the default 'Messages' and you're there...  :)
