I’ve been wanting to start an Orc army using Oathmark bodies, but I’m not 110% keen on the heads; they’re ok, but I kinda wanted something more like the pig-head orcs of old school DnD. I could find very little online to actually achieve this; the one or two I found didn’t have helmets at all, which is a no-go for me. Any of you find anything else?

Sounds like it'd be a cool bash...any STL's available?

Few if any with helmets, alas. Warp minis makes a multipart kit, but no separate heads can be bought.

If you have access to a 3d printer maybe some of the options here might be of use.

Maybe not quite what you are after, but the Frostgrave gnolls come with separate heads and that might give you a more bestial look to your orcs.

These may be a bit large:

as they are for GW sized figures...

Piggish snouts are quite easy to do in greenstuff (though I appreciate that these heads are bigger than the Oathmark ones):

Spooktalker did a much better job here (https://belchedfromthedepths.blogspot.com/2014/02/the-pig-face-orcs-that-never-were.html).
