Title: Peaky Blinders, You'll never take me alive Copper! Devon Wargames Group

One of the games ran in January at the Devon Wargames Group was this rendition of the TV series 'Peaky Blinders' using What a Gagster that appeared in the Lardies Magazine 2023.

The bullets were flying everywhere in downtown Birmingham as the Mafia, IRA, Police, Tommy, Arthur and the boys exchanged shots whilst trying to help out some distressed Chinese drug smugglers.

Looks fun.  And while I am sure it is supposed to be What a Gangster, I think it would be an absolute hoot for there to be a set of rules along the lines of what a What A Gagster.  Just think of all the opportunities for puns and other silliness to invade the game!

Maybe it was a good thing Arthur was chemically enhanced - what would he have done if he had his wits about him...

Thanks for your comments chaps, Chas our gamemeister has a reputation in the club for producing very unique and fun games and going on the comments from the guys that played this one, Peaky Blinders was up there with his normal quality.

As regards my typing error, well spotted, but who knows the jovial slant might be more appropriate given the rules Lardy heritage.

I love me some Peaky Blinders! Sounds like a suitably cinematic series of events and a fun game...
