Title: Bundesgrenzschutz transport
Post by: bluewillow on February 16, 2025, 08:37:25 AM
More transport options for my Bundesgrenzschutz, hot wheels VW, when the weather warms up I will print more traditional VW hub wheels. One more car and one helicopter to complete my Bundesgrenschutz unit

Those are Hot Wheels, with EMPI style custom wheels; lovely conversion back to what they should be!

Cheers chaps enjoyed painting these as a break.

Matt, are they Hot Wheels pieces?

Yes Hot Wheels, the VW pack, I purchased two 4 vehicle packs, the remainder will join Bundeswehr and civilian stuff and one for a Lebanon army ZSU AA I think.

Cheers
Matt

Lovely rides! Is that colour a bit tending to olive or is it my screen? Bundesgrenzschutz used RAL 6012 Schwarzgrün (blackish green) much like the WW2 Luftwaffe RLM 70.

Cheers Michi,

It is US armour nato green, the highlight is throwing it lighter.
