As usual, Bubbachek plays the nefarious Yip Pang and the Blackhand Pirates. He recently reorganized his gang to make them leaner-n-meaner. He trimmed off Suh and Fook, bringing the group down to 5 models --

For a change, I decide to play Algernon of the Foreign Legion. This league is definitely ready for a fight, and Renard’s cunning and finesse are sure to help as well. I have 7 models in this group --

Perilous Island, Chapter 6 – The Savage Chains:
Lady Elaine – in search of the legendary Lost City, she is captured by the crazed witchdoctor.
Akiechuk – evil cannibal witchdoctor, chains Lady Elaine to the ancient Necropolis.
Yip Pang – seeks to kidnap Elaine, and force her to reveal the secret location of the Lost City.
Algernon of the Foreign Legion – rushes to the rescue of Lady Elaine before she is sacrificed to Akiechuk’s savage gods, when…
As Algernon’s men quickly advanced towards the ancient Necropolis, the cagey officer called out to Yip Pang. This slowed the pirates considerably as they nervously scanned the ruins.

Fortune continued to favor the Foreign Legion, as Jimmy Nok, Jung, and Joe discover ‘A Hidden Menace’. Surprised by toxic fumes billowing from the ground, Jimmy is staggered, but Joe drops to his knees in agony and passes out –

On the other side of the Necropolis, both Algernon and Renard are able to defeat guardians and pick up two keys. But will they be the ones they need? --

Yip Pang and his men are not as successful. Unable to solve the riddles of the guardians, Yip and Jimmy struggle with the perils as Fingers runs for the Necropolis --

Incredibly, Algernon’s streak of luck holds – his key is the right one and he frees Elaine from her chains! Together they escape the Necropolis and continue their journey to the Lost City of N’Och…

This looks like quite a fun game. What wonderful brush work on the legionnaires. Are those models from the Artizan line? I am looking forward to seeing more of this story unfold.

Lovely looking Game. :-*
What's that you have used for the Necropolis and is it two different models or one that splits in two?
-
very cool game. i think thats mba's necropolis in the middle. most of their stuff comes apart. they make some sweet terrain but its a little too expensive sometimes.

Sorry being thick today ;D
What is mba's ???

Heya Gamer Mac - that Necropolis is made by Miniature Building Authority. It is a single model, that comes apart. IMO, MBA does a very nice range of pre-painted building. And I think almost all of their buildings come apart to make it easier to fiddle around the interiors.
One of the cool things about the way their building come apart is that they easily pass as ruined buildings when they are opened up. :D
Thanks for all the kind words!

Yes. Where would one purchase these?

Do you have a closer-up picture of the figure you used for Elaine?
-
Doomsdave - the 'Easter Island Heads' are produced by Armorcast. You should be able to pick them up from your friendly neighborhood hobby game store or via an online merchant.
Froggy - she is a Copplestone Castings miniature from a pack called Female Archaeologists.
This is my close-up of Lady Elaine, along with her father and one of the locals --
