Title: 10mm Sashimono Decals
Post by: Frostie on 11 March 2025, 08:44:22 AM
Hi,

Does anyone know of a manufacturer who produces decal for 10mm Wargames Atlantic Sashimono banners?

For the Pendraken sashimonos I printed the designs (both the symbol and any background colour) I wanted on paper, with both sides adjoining, like a little paper flag. Then stuck these over the metal sashimonos. Worked well, very easy to fit in place, once you have sized them correctly.

I did these in Word, it was quite easy to scale the image to the right size, then duplicate it many times to print a whole page of the different designs.

That's a very smart way of going about that. I'll have to keep it in mind, because those WA samurai look very tempting, and that, supplemented with Pendraken figures, sounds like it could lead to a lot of lovliness on the table!

Both ranges are good - they aren?t quite the same size - so you do need to think which you want your main set of figures to be.

Thanks Frostie - I really liked putting together this army (which is much bigger than shown) the ashigaru where nice and quick to paint, then you get the colourful Samurai too.
