Looks great, how do the rules play as this has tempted me to get them.

Each player controls 2-4 units, which are typically considered squads or even single vehicles. Players roll for Initiative, then mark each unit "1", "2", etc. Action begins with #1 player moving/shooting his first unit, then #2 player does the same, and so on. Once all units marked first to move have gone, the #2's take over in the same spiraling activation order.
There are three classes of troops -- Elite, Regular, and Militia. When firing small arms, each Militia fig gets 1 Attack Dice, Regulars 2 AD, and Elites 3 AD. Attack Dice hit on 4-6 on d6. Target unit then rolls saves, needing 5-6 on d6. Base saving roll is 1 Defense Dice for Militia, 2 DD for Regular, 3 DD for Elites. Cover gives you bonus DD to your defense roll.
There are lots of battle reports on the First Command Wargames website, here:

Feel free to ask any other questions, but those are the basics. Simple and easy to pick up.
