Does anyone have both sets of miniatures?  How do they compare to each other.

So here's a picture from the Tactical Painter (https://thetacticalpainter.blogspot.com/2020/08/japanese-in-20mm-for-chain-of-command.html) featuring the figures in question, though you'd note that the Sgt Major sculpts are labelled as EWM, the company that now owns the Japanese line (I believe the Germans are available from Battlezone?).
