Planet 28 has been on my radar for a long time.  I remember seeing it back in 1st edition.  I thought it looked way cool, but it never got to the table.  Then, some of the expansions came out and I thought it looked even cooler.  But it still didn't hit the table.  Now with 2nd edition and the Derelict companion, it made it to the table.  My team got destroyed!  Three genestealers tore them to shreds.

Beautiful board! My friend uses those same pre-painted Star Wars figs for the games he runs for us. I started the video and will watch the rest soon. Like the foreshadowing...  :D

I took Planet 28 out for another spin.  My team of "totally not the same characters that died in my last game" explorers attempted to checkout the floating alien infested derelict.  Well...there are now two empty floating explorer spaceships docked with the derelict.

Thanks.  They are way cool to use as spaceship tiles, or underground facilities.

Thanks for the compliment on the board.  The SW figs are great to use.  I forgot I had them until I was doing some cleanup.  So I had to use them in a game.

I also just dropped the next play thru of the rules.  I did the same scenario with some tweaks.  I'll give you a hint...the out come was the same.  HAHAHA

Played episode 6 of Monolith.  There were two groups of enemies; one Ganger and the other Reavers.  They were having a nice little chat in the middle of a ruined part of town.  Of course, my Ghosts, being the ever pranksters, started shooting at the groups.  Ensuing chaos followed!
