Has anyone bought from this company based in the US?
https://littlemetalspaceships.com/
I placed an order with them on 19th March for a load of their waterslide transfers. Still not received.
I chased it up on 11th April to which I got a response that the order was on the way. Chased it twice since then with no reply.
Wondering if I should give it a bit longer? Not sure what my options are if the order doesn't come and I get no further response from the company. I am UK based.

All shipping is in a weird place right now, especially overseas.
If you are in the US I would be a bit concerned, but if you are overseas..... well..... the current chaos may cause delays.

Options will depend on method of payment perhaps. If you paid by credit card, then you might be able to get a refund by showing the communication thread.
Six weeks is generally a long time to wait to get an order from just about any where in the world these days - not excluding the international disruptions going on. Exceptions are out there like Print-On-Demand and other back logs and sometimes a supplier has to wait for materials to arrive. But if that is the case, they should be letting you know.
Given the printing world, perhaps the items are actually printed in China and might be stuck in one of the literally hundreds of thousands of containers that aren't 'flowing through the supply chain'.
Maybe try another email (if not already done) commiserating with the supplier about the overall situation vis-a-viz the tariff chaos, and asking them straight on if that is causing the delay and asking for your options regarding waiting or a refund.
If no answer to that email, I'd chase the refund option. But I'd give it at least a week for an answer.

Oh right, the gent doing Terran Trade Authority designs as well as his own stuff. I remember him being pretty active on various starship combat communities when he first started up, but never pulled the trigger on an order. That was quite a while back though, and I lost track of him entirely when I scaled back my online presence.
FWIW I sent him an email myself about this thread. Maybe it'll get a response if your comms have been going astray.

CLR - Thanks that is really appreciated
EE - Sorry should have said I am UK based. Now amended my initial post
FA - Thanks for your comments. I will try another email in a week or so if nothing comes from CLR's email.
I notice you can buy their stuff through Etsy. There are 6 reviews on there. 5 seem favourable but one says they never got their stuff and they had to get Etsy involved.

FWIW, it's been a week now and I've heard nothing back. Not inconceivable that they've simply been busy (eg with college graduations for the kids or a Spring vacation) but it's not a great sign.
Actually kind of more worried about Jon from Ground Zero. It's been well over a month since I sent him a couple of emails about stuff and nary a word back. Anyone know if he's sick or something? His last update had him recovering from a Spring cold/fever.

Might be worth waiting a little while longer with Jon, he'll be going through the backlog from being off ill and gearing up for show attendances, and it's probably also worth remembering that he's a one-man band; no employees, assistants or co-workers to help. The one thing I do know is that he'll get round to it as soon as he can, he's reliable.

Yeah, well aware. But it is the longest I've ever had for a response in ~30 years of dealing with him, and health issues among my circle of friends and contacts are becoming a real concern for me.

I have been dealing with a chap called Brent Dietrich. Tried again to contact him by email but no reply so reluctantly going to try and recover the money through my credit card.
When I informed him of this he did get back in touch and offered a refund then suggested resending the order which I agreed to and received on 24th June 2025 so all now resolved.
