Title: Advise on LRDG in 15mm
Post by: crancko on May 19, 2025, 06:55:08 PM
I just acquired DAK ATTACK and would like to recreate 2 armies in 15mm for gaming with SAS attacks on Afrika Korps airfields.

For this I would need SAS Jeeps and Chevy trucks with SAS riders. Who does them in 15mm today? I saw that FOW are no longer available. Any 3dprint model I can get you know they are good quality?

I saw some models from 3dbreed.com but I cannot find any real print models pcitures.

I saw also that Forged In Battle might have some models but not the Jeeps or the Trucks.

Thank you

Take a look at Peter Pig. Nice people, nice figures.

Thank you but did not like these vehicles as they are one block.

While it may not be all of them - just a word of caution, a lot of the PSC ones are just the free Bergman STL's which are excellent...but they're also free, lol.  So unless you don't print, there's little need to go to PSC for their stuff.

This guy's stuff is excellent.  It's chunky, i.e. they're made for 15mm printing, so you don't have to worry about microscopic gun barrels for the most part.  You can find most of what you'd need there.  Infantry, not too sure where to source.

Bergman's stuff is excellent and there are a few other print makers such as Eskice who make 28mm pices that can be scaled down. Printers such as Sabotag3D can also print to order if you don't have access to your own printer.
