Title: New stuff from Eureka
Post by: Hammers on 11 December 2009, 12:57:11 PM

Not that there's a shortage of miniatures on the topic but capacitors as those displayed seems to be all the rage among VSF, Pulp and KKBB aficionados.

It took me a second to realize they weren’t carrying those capacitors on their backs.
Which would make for an interesting skirmish mechanic, a monster that relies upon power from items carried by other characters.

lovely! just the hands look odd..

The Igor's aren't too bad, but the other two definitely have bratwurst fingers, which is a shame as otherwise they are nice figures  :(

A lot of Eureka's ranges are growing on me (WWII Dogface GIs, Gorillas in space suits, etc.). These have a nice classic Hollywood/Universal Studios/Young Frankenstein vibe to them.

I ordered these on Thursday and they arrived on Saturday. What a great set, I think there is a little foreshortening going on with the doctors fingers as they don't look quite so much like a pack of hot dogs as they do in the picture.

have to agree with skrapwelder, mine arrived yesterday and those fingers look much better in the 'flesh'. altogether a lovely set, well worth the money.
