One of our group has been working on a Top Secret Project since last Fall. Last weekend he unveiled it to us; The Spanish Civil War in 15mm using Peter Pig and Minairons figures and models. And he has both sides done at multi-divisional level (including the Condor Legion and Italian Volunteer Corps) using the "For Whom The Dice Roll" rules. A innovative and interesting set of rules. Anton, beautiful looking game. I built up a Nationalist force for PP's own "Bayonet's and Ideology" rules many years ago but didn't enjoy them. I too bought "For Whom the Dice Roll" a few years ago, but it took me until last year to expand my forces. However, I am still to play the period. I intend to purchase some Republicans and seeing your post may just inspire me to finally do it. Could you find out who produces the buildings I can see on the table?
Thanks.

It comes from Battle Honors 3d https://battlehonours3d.com/ (https://battlehonours3d.com/), an impressive selection and reasonable prices

Anton, thanks. Yes they look very nice. I've seen something similar on E-Bay which might be these. A mate 3d printed a church for me ( picture below) which looks very similar to their church, but I can't get him to print more buildings

SJWi, I have a Bambu Mini printer, it does a great job on certain things but I find that I can scratchbuild a model building faster than it can print one. The model from Battle Honors are FDM which means they are as tough as a hockey puck, no shattering like glass if dropped. If you can't cajole your friend into printing a few more for you (BTW that church looks very nice) then Battle Honors would be a good choice

I agree. They are very nice and the windmill in particular excellent. I think I'll order together with some Republicans from Peter Pig and artillery from Irregulat's "really useful guns" range.

Nice report. That was a great-looking table...

That was fun, but looking at the aircraft stand in the small images my first thought was "why are Martian tripods here?" The Spanish Civil Secret War of the Worlds.

Very nice, indeed. :-*
Thanks for posting it. :)
