Khurasan Miniatures has released the fearsome 28mm MARS assault robot:

As you can see, this very large war robot can be built with any combination of claws and fusion guns — the parts are all provided in this resin and pewter kit. It’s also available in sets of three.

This would be terrifying in 15mm! And can serve as a mech for 6mm gaming as well.

It'll go nicely with their 6-legged turtle as well :) .
