Haha - depends what the Master gets up to in the Xmas special!

Posted this as a bit of a laugh - with all these great suggestions I might actually give it a go! Any figs wearing a suit and long coat in a suitable pose that I could headswap with a certain Heresy min?

Or just cut said mini at the waist and GS the seated legs and replacement arms?

I have some of the Amazon ones - they're rubbish. The antlers come separately, but don't really look too much like antlers - you'd be better off doing them with wire. I was very disappointed by them.

Instead, try the caribou from North Star, formerly produced by HLBS. Very nice sculpts:
