Hello all, popping in with a short battle report for a partial game of a Bloody Big Battles scenario I wrote for the Battle of Hukou on 22 December 1860. Limited time at the venue meant we didn't get to a point where the result was absolutely definitive, although in the time remaining with the forces they had, I don't think the Qing were likely to even eke out a draw. Alterations incoming!

Dunno about the Taipings, but this Qing mandarin dined on leftover potato salad and charcuterie. Sadly my fridge was all out of ducks' tongues and pigs' lungs.
