My son's just finished the trailer for his next video, in which he'll be sculpting one of the monsters from Gene Wolfe's The Book of the New Sun:

You can see it in development here, font and all! (The actual miniature - a BotNS monster - has been designed but not yet sculpted - it's coming, though!)

I think it's meant to be impossibly complex and archaic-looking: like the illuminated letters in a medieval manuscript.
