Although I like the Irregular RUG range they don't produce what you want. Empress Miniatures to make a 3.7" howitzer in their Jazz Age Imperialism range ( JAZ10) but it is a WW1/Inter War version with spoked wheels. I'm not aware of any others, albeit there are loads of 3d print companies out there who might make one.

The Empress 3.7 with wooden spoked wheels is perfect for British and Indian Mountain Artillery Regiments in WW2 (though you're then stuck with a load of inter-war figures*, unless they can be persuaded to just sell the gun and mules on their own). However, pneumatic tyres would be needed for 3.7s belonging to Light Regiments (such as the 1st Light Regt at Walcheren), Jungle Field Regiments in Burma and West African Light Batteries in Burma.
* Edited to add that the inter-war figures are good for a lot of units in Hong Kong, Malaya and Burma 1941-1942.

I'm aiming to use them for my Commandos in Northern Germany April 1945, so I guess pneumatic tyres required. I wonder if I could use other wheels with pneumatic tyres?

Apologies. It's just occurred to me that in WW2 they were using the wavy-edged gun-shield, not the straight-edged, 'square' gun-shield as per the Empress model, sorry. However, they often dispensed with the shield in rough terrain - the West African Light Batteries certainly did in Burma, as did some other units. I'm not sure what 1st Light Regiment RA did in Walcheren, but as they man-packed one up to someone's attic, it does seem likely that the shield was dispensed with, though I've got a nagging feeling that I've seen a photo of a 3.7 gun-shield in one photo from Westkapelle.
As for wheels, 6pdr wheels might make a reasonably close match? Not perfect, but who's going to know...?
