Title: Afghan heavy cavalry early 19th century - 28mm plastic conversion options

I am wanting to make some Afghan heavy cavalry like these in 28mm:

Was wondering if the hivemind of LAF could suggest suitable plastic figures for conversion. I was thinking of starting with the Victrix Islamic heavy cavalry, but other thoughts welcome. I know they wore armour under the cloaks, and I'd have to add the two plume holder 'ears' on the front of the helmet.

How about Wargames Atlantic plastic Afghan cavalry with Victriz heads? Might lessen some of you sculpting requirements. There might be some 3d print heads to use - look on my mini factory.

Good luck. Sikh - Afghan wars would be a colourful game!
