Hello everyone!
If you still play or would like to play Fantasy Warlord tabletop wargame, I have developed several online resources to help you.
I have created a web application that allows you to manage 100% of the game, including creating units, characters and armies: https://fantasywarlord.app/
I have also posted the game rules and profiles online in a Wiki for download: https://rules.fantasywarlord.com/
I hope this will breathe new life into this game, which truly deserves it!
Please feel free to send me your questions or comments so that I can improve the application!

Brilliant work! If only this had existed 30 odd years ago lol
I’ve only played it a few times in all those years - it deserves to be reborn if only so people that’ve never heard of it can give it a read through.
I’d love to see some AARs if you have any,
Andrew

I bought the rules when they first came out and managed a few games.
I honestly don’t know if I still have them or not but I do remember the game photos inside were very inspirational to a younger me 8)
Thanks for the links, very useful.

almost bought this the other day on ebay, solely down to the gary chalk illustrations.

I've still got my copy from 1990. Haven't played it since 1990.
I might still have the two issues of Red Giant somewhere, they could have gone in my White Dwarf clear-out a few years ago, not sure.
Funny to see it resurrected like this.

It’s a really pretty book, probably one the best looking from that era due mostly to the Gary Chalk illustrations and the photos. I still flick through it every so often. I’d have loved a Lone Wolf themed version.

I have a second-hand copy (very good condition) that I bought once upon a time. Quite stylish looking for 1990, and having a single illustrator throughout the book gives certain consistency, though I am not particularly Gary Chalk enthusiast.
I found the rules technically well-written and easy to read, though not particularly practical.
