Title: Steam Tractor for 15mm?

Is there are any easy "not ebay" ways to get this steam beauty?

I believe they've been out of production for sometime now. I've only seen them on eBay in the past couple of years. There was a shop located in the UK that used to sell all sorts of Thomas the Tank diecast models but last time I checked they were completely out of stock of all the Ertl Thomas the Tank Toys.

Ertl make a range of John Deere tractors and equipment including a 1/87 model of the Waterloo Boy Steam Tractor. I've attached a few photos alongside a 15mm Essex Miniature for size comparison. I bought mine at my local Toyworld for about $5.00AUD IIRC. I've also seen them various toy shops.

Are they suitable for 15mm? By the way Barry S  I like your character on the photos. Does he have a name?

It´s an ERTL die cast model, produced from 1995 until 2004, called "Trevor" for Thomas the tank engine range. I have that one too, it would to for 15 and 20mm, I think.

I believe TT Scale is supposed to be very close to 15mm.

They are still available here in some of the seafront gift shops.
Unfortunately, seafront gift shops are seasonal so I don't know when they might be open next to find prices.
Do they have "bucket & spade" shops in Sydney ?
