Title: AMBUSH VALLEY 15mm PBR
Post by: eladio fernandez on 07 January 2010, 01:03:19 PM
Hi,
Only a few shots of my last addition to Ambush Valley (AA in Vietnam); the 15mm PBR "Pibber" from Peter Pig. A nice model with a little homemade modification for insert magnets under the turret and MG's for allow the change of the weapons arc of fire.

... and night operations.

This display the disposition of the magnets.

The river was made using a perpex shower sheet painted by the reverse.

Thank,

Really neat!

Great water effect and love what you did with the magnets.  What a cool idea.

Eladio,

I saw these pics over at the Ambush Alley forum. VERY nice job indeed. I'm still dragging my heels on adding the PBR to my 15mm Nam collection, but perhaps you've pushed me into action!

Oh well, thank you. I'm waiting for the ATC and Monitor boats asked to Gomi Design in order to sail the brown waters...
