Hi,
I'm starting a British and Native VSF-force reinforced with steammachines, dino's, giant apes, upgraded lions,... ;D
Maybe some of you already visited my blog and saw the start of the project but those who haven't seen it:

I hope you enjoy it,
Greets,

Nice start! One of the best bits about VSF is gearing up the imagination and putting it all together. I'm still doing that two years on! ::)
-
Well, you certainly have the terrain for it!
Looking forward to updates!
-
I'll be interested to see how this all develops :D
-
Love your web site. I am looking forward to the results.
-
Thanks for all the positive comment! :)
@Gluteus Maximus and Chairface: every new progress will be posted on the blog
@Thunderchicken: imagination is everything you are entirely right!
@Ray rivers: you can never have enought terrain! (my most favorite part of the hobby!)
Greets,
-
Thanks for all the positive comment! :)
@Gluteus Maximus and Chairface: every new progress will be posted on the blog
Just give us a quick reminder here when there are updates :)

Greets,

Loving the Legion Africanus!
-
Thanks, however my name "legion" Africanus is a bit incorrect. The number of soldiers enlisted in the legion is 3 :p (but their is progress 3 new recruits are found but still not arrived in the legion's headquarters. lol
So if somebody has some spare wargames factory romans or spare zuluheads with the feathers he want's to get rid off!
you know a person to donate to ;)
Greets,

Some new stuff on the blog from my VSF-project. It isn't much but there's progress,... lol

Nice blog. I have some of those cheap plastic tanks that I am also fiddling with to get some more use from. You have inspired me.
-
Finally some progress on the workbench. Currently on the blog some miniatures in progress and upcoming a small british fort and some more jungle trees!

Greets, any comments are welcome.
-
Your conversions are interesting and I particularly like the trees. I might do the same. In 'Edison's conquest of Mars' Serviss describes the surface of mars being just like earth, with trees and grass, but red instead of green... Perhaps these are alien enough to show that...
-
Thanks never heard before of edison's conquest of mars ::) But I googled it and found the free book on Gutenberg project seems like a nice and interesting story!
-
It's a good one. If you want some GOOD VSF literature, look here: http://www.blease.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/WG.landironclads.media.html
A big part of VSF for me is looking at the actual literature and then adding your own twist on it, staying true to the literature.
Most of them are fairly obscure, so are sometimes quite pricey. But usually the Victorian stuff is now out of liscense! :)
-
Nice link, especially love the invasion of england :-* Well, first of all finish off all my ongoing projects 20mm and 28mm o_o
The gutenberg project is a nivce initiative to share books which went out of license like Winston Churchills river war depicting the nile campaign, I think lol
Damned, too much nice gaming periods, too many cool things to build. :'(
Greets,

Hi finally some progress it isn't much but there's progress! lol But more will follow soon when I finally finished some miniatures so I can play some small games.

Excellent work mate, I really like the roman conversion. Nice and simple. :)
-
They are the proud members of my algrowing "Legion Africanus" now officially counting 7 members lol (the Romans were give aways on crisis!)
-
Finally I managed to finish some natives and British for this project! However their numbers are few, I'm happy I finally finished them. They still need some basing and varnish but their paintjob is done.
