Title: My Super Blog
Post by: Rob_bresnen on 07 February 2010, 09:14:55 PM
Here's a cheeky advert for my Blog, Four Colour Super Mini's. I started it over a year ago, and regularly post pictures of the Superheroes and Villains I am working on, in the 28mm scale. I use minis from all sorts of different ranges.

I also have the odd bit of Cowboy and Conan stuff sneaking in every now and then, and the occational random SCi-Fi thing.

ANy way, if you are interested, try me at http://fourcoloursupers.blogspot.com/

Let me know what you think.

Very cool stuff.  I particularly like your Conan-esque minatures.  I'm a big fan of R.E. Howards fiction, both as a gamer and a student of literature.  Most of my past reaper purchases were for Hyperborean style wargaming.

Love the supers, it's good to know the figures I'm sending to you are going to a good home.   ;)  What system do you use for Superhero games?  I'm guessing the Supersystem?

We tend to play role playing games, using a wide range of different RPG rules. We like Silver Age of Sentinals, Basic Role Playing, Champions. Currently Leon is running a Basic Roleplaying Supers game, that entwines a mystic Cthulu-like vibe. I plan to start a new campaign in 2010, using Squadron UK, which is an updated version of the GW Game Golden Heroes, which Leon and I used to play with our first gaming when we were at school, back in the late 1980's!

You minis will one day feature on my blog I am sure. The big snake will be for Conan, obviously.

I was planning on using the big guy for the same purpose.  However at this point I'm trying one project at a time, rather than twelve.  lol
