It seems that my barbarians don't please a lot of voters so if you have any criticism or advice I would be happy to hear them (don't hesitate I'm here to learn and make some progress).

The only difference I could see between the two entry is that the first one show the figures a little better (closer angle). I don’t think anything’s wrong with your painting treps…

I thought your barbarians were beautifully painted, but the photo is lacking in contrast (whereas your opponents is too contrasty) and could also use a little saturation. This makes the figures look a little flat and blah. Having the minis a little larger in the picture (as suggested above) would help as well...

Nice work and I was surprised to see the results were so one-sided :( after I had voted...

I'll try to make better pictures for next rounds !

Anyways cwchmc miniatures are very well painted.

Don't take it personally. I agree with what was stated above. I think its down to a question of photography

Don't worry, I don't take any offense, I'm just trying to understand to try to do better next time ! And I do agree that I could have try to make a better picture...
