Found these from http://www.trollandtoad.com/p286490.html ,
Plan to touch them up or convert their color to a faux Jade veined tint with a shiny finish rather than the dull green they currently have. Be a challenge to do the rock veining on such a small subject when I usually do Living room entry ways and Wall size projects :)

The Foo Lions are in and out of stock quickly but I signed up for automatic email notice when they were in stock and grabbed 2. 3$ each wasnt bad, shipping charges were not to bad, though hard to seperate as I placed an order for assorted items that totaled 50$, the shipping was 12$. Have made 3 orders over the last several months, all came complete and within deleveriy estimated times.

Troll and Toad are a good place to pick up single monsters. The Dreamblade series has a number of very Lovecraft style monsters at a nice price.

Nice looking miniature but, if you're trying to be strictly accurate, you need a pair and both figures are not identical. The foot position isn't too much of a problem but the heads should be turned inward to face each other across the path or entrance or whatever and normally only the male has an open mouth. There's a fair bit of etiquette involved to properly place Foo Dogs but, if it doesn't bother you, it shouldn't bother me, right?

Judging by your signature, archangel, I think you answered your own question lol
They look interesting, a bold look about them. Not sure how Eastern they are (from the one's I've seen in sydney... go figure!) but they'd look nice on the tabletop!

I've got a pair of these guys kicking around, along with a small collection of buddhas. Got them dirt cheap from a asian bric or brac store.

They are Four Inches tall. The site is charging $9 for the two of them. I'm sure you can find cheaper ones on Ebay though. For a little while I was painting up Asian Fantasy minatures, and ended up collecting a fair amount of nick nacks to use for terrian. Since that's over and done with, they will likely end up in some Big Trouble in Little China type game. Speaking of which, maybe I ought to put up the Asian minis up for sale or trade.
