Anybody have any suggestions on how to make a Yagua hut? Its kinda of giant hershey's kiss shape, not as round as a coconut. Yaguas live on the Amazon River in Peru. Thank you for any innovative ideas!

Use your favorite Thatching method over a styrofoam shape, just thatch all the way to the ground. Have seen old terry cloth used for thatch, painted and brushed to straighten it for drying.

I just go back from the Amazon and saw a lot of huts built by the Yagua. The modern Yagua tend to use more boards in their walls than in the old days. The roofs are made of woven plantains and palms.
