I've got a handful of the last metal Empire Greatswords and they are very nice models indeed (can't comment on the current plastics and, given the price tag, don't think I'll ever be on a position to either). Echoing previous posts a simple painting scheme that really brings this mini to life (although seeing as he's covered in plate armour I suppose complexity - colour-wise, that is - isn't really called for).
Your work continues to inspire and astound in equal measure!
