Hi all,

I'm new to the forum. Have been collecting and painting miniatures for a few years now.

I actually stumbled upon this forum by accident. But i'm really impressed by the content and standard of painting in the forum  :)

Best thing I ever did was joining this forum.Never saw so many inspirational things.Bad for the wallet though ;)

Yes indeed, you're very welcome.

Come in, sit down, tell us what games you play/collect for/paint minis for/build terrain and whatnot for... and show us pictures if you have them, we are shameless picture junkies, many of do really very little else except go 'wow!' and 'ooh shiney!' and 'hey! that mini would be perfect for my new project, where did you get it?' and suchlike.

What genres do you game?  Do you build terrain?  Post pictures.

You will find this site is like dining at the "Chez Paul" while everyone else on other sites is eatin' Burger King!

Hi all,

Thanks so much for the very warm welcome!

I play mainly Warhammer 40k as well as Fantasy. Have done some terrain building before as well, with limited success.

I collect miniatures from Reaper and other manufacturers as well. I horde quite a few minis to paint, for when i reach my twilight years  ;)

I have just shifted overseas and will be there for about a year or so. Much of my minis are back home. But i am still painting. Made locating a store that sells miniatures my first (desperate) priority haha!

I painted a Cthulhu look alike mini from Reaper i purchased a few days ago.

It's not complete but i'll post him for a look here :)
