Just finished another comission, that lot of old Citadel/GW halflings, loads of funny little minis. No idea when i will manage to put the photos to my site.

I'm not the lucky guy. I dind't own them. I've just painted them.  But my customer, he is a happy bunny :-)

Great paint jobs  :) . I have a few of those old halflings, but not painted as good as yours Prof  :( . I see that there is Citadel's original LOTR Merri and Pipin minis as well.

The Bilbo from The Hobbit is in there as well. Not to mention the Psycho-Hobbit, the real $$ one of the bunch. He should have a companion somewhere...

Regardless, beautiful work! I wish I had the $$ to get a nice size commission like that done, Prof.  Maybe I'll rob a bank and mail you my new Saxons... :D

Excellent paint jobs on these little ones.  :love:

I can't help it but those old citadel minis seem to have so much more character resp. 'soul' than the current GW stuff.

(Although I'm not a fan of the omnipresent GW bashing.  :wink: )

Most are GW, nice limited edition psycho hobbits.

Van halfling there is a Heresy miniature from Andy, very nice paintjobs as ever!

I don't know about psycho hobbits, but somewhere, I have set ME-34( or I think that is what it was) from the LOTR range, it has all four hobbits from the fellowship, and Bilbo in travelling gear.  On his back, he has a book with the teeny tiny title There and Back again carved in it.

And yes, Professor, those are all lovely paint jobs.  Damned Teutonic efficiency, you paint a whole suburb of the Shire and I whine about painting one mini.
