Who make those plants?

Ramshackle Games

While the marines are better painted, the plants take it on presentation.

I really like the marines. This one is going to be close.
When I first painted the plants, I was rather happy with them. Seeing them in the harsh light of photography never helps the artist. :) I think my favorite in the purple and orange plant, the colors work the best and I think it's my cleanest of the paint jobs. I'm also not happy with the maneater in the center, it's not bad, but it came out more messy that I normally would like. Still here they are. I also have more plants on the way, so these won't be the last.
Vote early and often for your favorite.

While I like the unique character of the plants and their pulpy "bad science fiction movie" feel, I do wish that there was more variety in their greenery. I think that having two or three distinct greens would vastly improve their overall look.

Both are very good entries indeed, but I must say that anyone brave enough to try US woodland camo and pull it off gets my vote.

Whoot! I voted for the plants, but Im biased ;D the marines are nicely painted too!
-
this one was tougher than I originally thought. the painting on the marines was great but the plants were so unique.

Well thank you… after 32 figures painted you start to get the twist on how to paint them lol

Is it me or the gap between us seem to be smaller? ;)
@ Deathwing, nice work on those plants BTW 8)

Can I use the images of the painted plants on my gallery please?

Calimero, I would feel no shame in losing to your excellent minis. Camo is hard to do and your miniatures show a technical execution that I am still wrestling with.
Curtis, by all means you may use them, I am actually flattered you would ask. There might be a Ramshackle mini or two popping up in later rounds.
